My name is Edgar Vaynshteyn and I am the President of Global Aviation Consulting, Inc.
I have 15 years of experience in the airline industry including 3 years as a Regional Manager of International Dispatch at a major airline. In this position I was responsible for ensuring uninterrupted and safe airline operations across Russian airspace.
Company representatives and I have developed excellent professional relationship with management and supervisory personnel at various Russian agencies, airports, and ARTCC locations throughout Russia and the CIS.
