GAC Signed Ground Handling Agreement with Yakutsk International Airport

Ground handling contract, first of its kind for Yakutsk airport, was signed by Mr. A. A. Illarionov, airport's chairman of the Board of Directors on May 24, 2004. This contract assures airport's ground services availability for all of our clients operating wide body aircraft in a Polar region. Yakutsk airport strategic location is very critical in support of Polar 3 and 4 routes and it is the most northern international airport in the area. Airport has English speaking personnel to cover any necessary translation and communications need.

It is well equipped and its modern facilities are well known. Virtually all of the airports in Russian Far East and Siberia are currently under contract with Global Aviation in support of Russian overflights Emergency Diversion planning.
