GAC President Pays Visit Novosibirsk Airport.

As part of the GAC annual airport inspection policy, Mr. Edgar Vaynshteyn, GAC President visited Novosibirsk airport between August 7-9.

At Novosibirsk, Mr. Vaynshteyn had several meetings with airport management and discussed cooperation in the area of airline diversion support. The detailed airport and all of the facilities survey was also conducted. The airport facilities proved to be acceptable for any airline/aircraft diversion. This visit resulted in better relationship and understanding between GAC and Novosibirsk airport management and handling of any emergency diversion.
